This is a nice collection of stories. My daughter's favorite was Make Way For Ducklings. What made this story even more memorable for her was that we read it right before a trip to Boston. You can actually ride the swan boats and visit statues of the ducks. The other two stories are, imo, not as good as Ducklings. The setting is dated enough that I had to explain it to my daughter, who is 4. I like finding content appropriate books that talk about places we are going or have been. I used the Mornings in Maine book before visiting Kennebunkport with my daughter.
Nice stories with an old fashion feel.
