I purchased this for a neighbor expecting her third child. I have three children myself and thought the story was cute and great when expecting another child. Animals were a nice touch. I would recommend this and would like to get one for my own children.

Good story, nice message and wonderful illustrations, though slightly disappointed in the ending from a tremendous author; and we were excited about the gift set (my son loves little hands size bears), bears are cute, but upon opening the sleeve that the book sits in it fell off the cover (glue was all dried up), and after only 3 "Mom-handled" readings (maybe sooner, but that's when I noticed it), the book had come away from the spine. Glad I kept for myself and didn't give as gift. Still read the story but likely won't hold up like the hard thick page books with little ones handling.

Great message, cute pictures, good for children of all ages, especially when you have more than 2 children in your family. Really puts it into perspective for readers, that your favorites are all unique but loved equally. Stating: they are all his favorites.
