Remarks: I emailed them inquiring about my book, they emailed back saying it was sent and is at a completely different location that my home and the location is nowhere in my account so I don't know how there could have been a mistake. I informed them of this in a courteous way and I got a response filled with attitude. I've yet to receive my book. I believe it has gone to the wrong location.
