Remarks: I did not receive what I had ordered and what was confirmed by Top Sales. Instead of the 23 inch Plush Tweety, they sent a Small Tweety Bird in White Cage. The seller note on this page is the only acknowledgement the seller has made of sending the wrong thing to me. I did not want the substitute they sent.
