Remarks: I ordered some other books on August 1st that I received by the end of the following week, around Augst 7th. I did not receive this book until August 20th, which I feel is a long time to ship a book. The book did arrive in good condition, however.

Remarks: I was told the book would ship on July 27th or 28th and it did ship till Aug. 11th, after I contacted the seller. I have never had such bad service from an Amazon.com seller and will not use them again.

Remarks: Book was in good condition, but certainly not "brand new". Also the box in arrived in was open when I got it.

Remarks: The seller sent the WRONG book! I sent email, explaining that it was a gift, and still haven't heard from seller on exchanging book. Had to pay (again)for one from another source. I cannot recommend this seller based upon this experience. The least they should do is respond to my communication about their mistake.
